I am sorely disappointed in this office after this experience and I would highly recommend avoiding it if at all possible.

First, a package was not delivered because no one was at my house to sign for it. That's completely acceptable. When I requested redelivery online through USPS, however, this post office did not redeliver. I tried requesting it through the USPS phone number. Still no redelivery. I tried again online. No redelivery. I finally sent an e-mail to USPS with a complaint about still not having my package a month after I had ordered it. It was only then that this post office followed through and redelivered it.
I've had two bad experiences with this post office in the last 2 weeks.
I put in a change of address three months ago and my mail is still being delivered to my old address. When I called the post office the supervisor asked me why didn't I call every one and notify them that I moved. So my? Is what's the point of the change of address if you exspect me to do it myself
Then, I sold an item through eBay. I got a first class mail box and printed out a shipping label through Paypal for July 7. You are supposed to print the label for the day that you intend to ship it. On July 5, I requested carrier pickup for this day. My item was in the mailbox well after the postman came and was never picked up. I did, however, receive a pickup confirmation e-mail... even though I still have my package. When I called USPS to see what had happened, they said I would have to take it up with this post office, as it is the branch that is responsible.
